I have always been that person who everyone comes to for information, planning, and organizing. It was a talent that I never thought of putting to work in event management or design but as with most decisions to start a business, there is always a catalyst or epiphany moment that sets you on the path. In my case, it was not until I planned my own wedding that I knew I had to be a part of an industry where you can transform an idea into something tangible and be connected throughout the stages of creating a scene that exceeded all expectations. There is something fulfilling in feeling the excitement sizzle in the air and watching everything come to life.

In addition to my role as the Creative Director for Pink Sky Events, I indulge in my passion for photography. I am an avid film photographer, who primarily shoots still life. My go to camera is a Nikon FM2 analog film camera, although occasionally I film in digital format, however, film is my passion. Being a part of the development process creates an additional outlet for creative expression. It is thorough this medium of photography that has taught me the art of patience and paying attention to the finer details, which contributes to my event management and planning style.  I visualize the event from a photographer’s eye, capturing moments one segment at a time.

My approach with every client is to bring all the elements and components in making an event, into a harmonious occasion that is balanced as well as distinct. Regardless of the type of event or budget, I believe every event needs to have its own identity and not be a copy of previous events that reflect the style and wishes of the client because each deserves its Moment to shine. When I started Pink Sky Events, I wanted to ensure that our clients came first, which is why we do not take on more than two clients at a time.
