Pink Sky Events offers Event Management, Production, Event Decor and Day of Event Coordination to our clients. We do not accept multiple bookings that fall within the same time-frame of each other, which ensures that our clients receive personal concierge of services. Our services include 24/7 availability to answer questions or address any concerns regarding your event. Please look over our Menu of Services that we specialize in to get an overview of what we provide. All of our services include a free initial consultation where we take the time to determine your needs and how Pink Sky Events can assist you. Of course, there is no obligation or papers to sign at the initial consultation. If you do not see a service that meets your needs, please let us know and even if we are not able to accommodate you, we will gladly refer you to another Event Professional who may be able to assist you.

Pink Sky Events offers full service planning and execution of business meetings and events for up to 50 attendees. We work on your behalf with venues, catering, production, speakers, gifts, transportation, and lodging accommodations. Pink Sky Events provides services that allow you to concentrate on your role without worrying about the details or diverting valuable works hours from your staff to plan and manage events that may fall out of their primary duties and responsibilities. We will meet with you before the meeting to gather all the necessary information to develop a budget and plan regarding what is to be included in the event for you to review and approve. From that point forward, we will keep you updated as per your specifications.
Our services include visiting meeting locations ahead of time to inspect the facilities, work out details with the on-site staff, and negotiate contracts with service providers. During the event, Pink Sky Events will monitor activities to make sure everything is running smoothly and provide you with an analytical report on feedback from the event, as applicable. In the end, your event will be styled and planned with the utmost professionalism and care to create a memorable experience that is deserving of your corporate image.
